Refund & Return Policy

At Baskit, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect product

Return Request Window

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Orders returned without prior approval

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • COD refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
